My boyfriend and I spent two days in this wonderful hotel choosing the igloo suite... How wonderful! They also made us find a small heart of petals on the bed. We can only say that we were so excited. Compliments to the sweetness and professionalism of the staff. The only flaw is the renovation work but they were extremely kind to notify us upon booking. Hotel Carosello and its Magic-Suites are truly a unique and surreal reality. Absolutely exclusive setting, with attention to every aspect and detail, excellent cleanliness, very kind, super friendly and helpful staff, new suites and work in progress which I am sure will make everything even more fabulous for a stay to truly enjoy in total relaxation and privacy. For those who want dinner service, excellent value for money is also recommended. Now for us a place of the heart where we usually return and will always return, TO TRY, YOU WILL RETURN

Dirty rooms and small dark corridor that you couldn't even open the room door, the bathroom falling to pieces!!! only the breakfast was excellent but isn't that enough? Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

The experience was positive, the themed rooms (igloos in our case) are undoubtedly the strong point and allow you to immerse yourself in the right atmosphere. It's true that the bed wasn't very clean, some of the equipment wasn't exactly as described in the guide on TV, but you can ignore it. They immediately cleaned the room and offered us an aperitif. Jacuzzi ok and kindness of the staff 10 and praise. Breakfast not bad. Sore points: we had reiterated several times also in writing about intolerances to flour and garlic, but despite this we received the 7pm aperitif with omelette and garlic. Let's say that we had to remind ourselves of this several times. Last flaw: Food and Love offer in which we expected to be able to order a first course, second course, side dish or dessert... but there was only one dish per person included. The website doesn't explain this well, but in the end we reached an agreement with the staff. Advised? Yes, at the end of it all, we still had a good time.

We stayed in a suite, the one that on paper had to be the best, undoubtedly. The room is very clean and lacked nothing, however the Finnish sauna is single-seater, as is the Turkish bath (implemented in the shower), so to speak... ... it's all there but it's not really all .... certainly the 8-hour package gives you that comfort that other similar structures don't give ..... and the price is undoubtedly competitive Rooms: 4
