There are many local restaurants and we wanted to wait until we were free for a long dinner. Big Mistake. We would have been better off standing at the door as if we were waiting for a Black Friday special. There is a new and very interesting menu. The service is as attentive as ever, but is a bit smoother than it had been before lock down. The salad was amazing and our entrees were superb! There is small but very nice and reasonably priced wine list. Even the deserts were interesting.

We had our teenage kids in tow as well... read more Fabulous food and service. Julian and Chelsea have created an excellent restaurant with a well deserved great reputation. We had our teenage kids in tow as well as my 84 year old French Aunt, all of whom are very choosy about their food. The home ground burgers with homemade buns did not disappoint, my son said it was the best steak he has ever had (and he eats steak whenever we go out) and my Aunt loved the fish of the day. We got talking to the couple on the next table who were on their second visit this holiday and were planning a 3rd before they left the area! Cannot recommend this place enough!
