The chef is alone in the kitchen, the room staff consists of two non-professional seasons and the boss, today, drinks the aperitif on the terrace. Friendly staff and boss. The health card was checked. Maybe we fell a bad day. Too bad because with a kitchen comis and a better-trained room staff this establishment would be much more attractive. 2 cups of champagne, 2 tartars (beef and salmon, 2 glasses of Bergerac, 2 gourmet cafés : 68€. Thursday noon (market day to see if the slowness is usual.

Well surprised by the change, the boss and the employees are very pleasant, nothing to say about the dishes served (the eye to chocolate dessert:-D), we go on a very positive note. hoping to see you next summer. PS: outraged to see some comments on the health pass. The main thing is to make our merchants live, not to denigrate them. Stay home if the virus scares you so much that the restaurant has a terrace if you want to have the nostrils in the air and in peace.

We don 't visit Eymet often but when we do w... read more We had a lovely evening at Paco. Great food, friendly service and a great ambiance on the terrace under the arches. We don 't visit Eymet often but when we do we typically eat at Paco because we know the quality is good and the menu is varied enough to please everyone in a group. The 'formules ' are excellent value, really hard to find better at this price, and portions are generous. I highly recommend the Paco Salade for a starter, it has a wonderful variety of local ingredients and is delicious. We were celebrating so we each chose the 'formule gourmande ', at 45€, including cocktail aperitif, wine and 3 courses from the whole menu. A real bargain when you count up the cost of each course and drink individually! Although normally we choose the 'formule standard ' which is €32 for 3 courses. Highly recommended, ideal for couples and groups/families too (they have a children 's menu), plus they are happy to accept diners with dogs.
