Very disappointed tonight having to write this. After our full family being loyal customers for years our experience tonight was absolutely horrific. My two year old daughter was a bit upset and the manager came over to the table asked us to keep the noise down as they had other customers or we would be asked to leave. As any parent knows it’s not as easy as that with kids at terrible twos , the manager was highly ignorant and totally unprofessional. Never have I had service like that in any restaurant in my life , absolutely awful. Very disappointed after having such a good experience the past 12 years. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good ice-cream lots to choose from! Always tastes nice! Chips are always nice to! Under staffed long queue on inclement Sunday afternoon, pricey outside tables not cleared or cleaned. Incredible number of people simply using toilet facilities without using the cafe.
