Stayed our first night in Scotland during the summer. A bit rough around the edges. The place and the staff. Rooms were hot, bathrooms were ok, the beds in our room were lousy. I took away a star because the bar closed at 7:30. It was a birthday party. Cheap n clean and friendly. You can't go wrong. Stopped while touring on bike with wife. Was perfect for what we needed. Clean comfy bed and stayed in worse and paid lot more too. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value

Checked in by a friendly staff member. Room was spacious, clean and bedding was spotless. TV and WiFi available. Decent size en suite. Considering I checked in on a Saturday night and the town was quite busy I still had a pleasant night's sleep with the family with little noise. Location is great I.e right on the beach front. Pub has a large beer garden. Very close to all other restaurants etc Lounge facilities where not available at my time of staying due to staffing shortages but this would only have been a temporary impact on the experience and fingers crossed would not impact on those booking in coming months once resolved. Rooms: Clean, spacious and spotless bedding.

We had two rooms ooked for a over night sty. Both rooms were very clean and spotless. Lovely comfy beds and the Cutty Sark is in a great location. Very good value for the price of the rooms. Lovely member of staff that took us to our rooms and nothing was a problem. Would definitely stop here again Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
