Ron's Original Grille - EXTON

I love coming to Ron, the food is always good, the servers are attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I should come more often. Came for lunch today and our server Theresa was looking for the Appalachian Melt! It was soooo delicious! I had it with the homemade chips. First, not like normal chips, but they? re so delicious I eat all. The sandwich was absolutely amazing! Thank you, Theresa. There was another server, a sweet blonde hairwoman who commented on one of my tattoos. Thank you. You did my day. If you're interested in the artist? Summer Long. She now practises from Delaware. WOW!! Hands down the best Risotto I've had in years. Isabelle was very pleasant, chatty and very very good!! This is a diamond in the rough and we'll be back before Isabelle goes back to Florida!!! Thanks again for the passion you have for food, ingredients quality and people!!!

We had a party of 6 for lunch. Service was excellent, our food came out quickly and correctly and was delicious. The menu is extensive and there's something for everyone. 3 of our party are from the deep south and wanted to have great local fare vs a chain. Ron's was definitely the place to go. I would definitely recommend.

Went here for a double birthday for my wife and her sister. Great location. Packed for a Monday night. Quite an experience here. Had 3 well whiskeys which were good. Me and my wife shared a gorgonzola salad and the Monday cheese pizza special. Salad was great. Pizza was good..slightly floppy undercarriage and non-crunchy. I suggest to noobies to order the pizza well-done. I review pizzas based on David Portnoys One Bite Pizza reviews. One bite..everybody knows the rules. I gave this pizza a solid 7.4. Floppy and no crunch but great taste. My wife gives the pizza a 7.8 on the pizza scale. I would also like to point out the couple nats that were flying before we even got our food. Must've been from the bussers leaving old plates where the bussers and servers leave the dishes. Not a big deal but could be a deal breaker for others. As I give this pizza a 7.4 I give this restaurant a 4 out of 5 on Google reviews. Willing to try this place again and their other options.

We enjoyed this place. In short the food was great and service was excellent. We had a mix of dishes from spaghetti with creamy pesto, to tortellini with Alfredo. Both pastas we great and of course super filling. I had a spicy chicken dish, silcian chicken that came with mash potatoes. I really enjoyed it. Was also way more food than I could eat. I also had a local raspberry wheat beer that was surprisingly good. My only complaint is lighting was a bit dim but that just my old eyes not as good as they use to be.
