I went forward and was told by manager that I was ordering through drivethru what I originally did. back to drivethru and again was ignored. I've been walking into the window and seeing dirty, evil floors, tables and walls. someone has to replace the manager that was opened on the 11th april 2022

We went in and there was a giant h... read more This place was disgusting. We ordered online. The instructions said to go into the store and pick our food up from the shelf. We went in and there was a giant hair ball and a used mask on the floor. We were then told we were not allowed in the store and had to get into the drive through line to get our food. They gave an attitude when I mentioned the instructions provided by KFC online and in our email updates told us to come and pick up inside.

We stopped by for dinner and the customer service was horrible. We pulled in and was never even given a hello just KFC only. Was extremely rude and short. Huffe... read more We stopped by for dinner and the customer service was horrible. We pulled in and was never even given a hello just KFC only. Was extremely rude and short. Huffed when we placed our order. Just handed us our order at the window. Young women with extremely long hair did not wear any type of head covering such as hat or netting. Food was all cold. Very disappointed. Now I know why I stopped eating at KFC years ago.

While the food is good, I am consistently overcharged, and the employees do not care when I kindly ask for clarification. They are often out of basic ingredients as well, and I always am missing somethingwhen I leave.

I love the fries here and the chicken tenders with the buffalo ranch sauce was really good. The spicy chicken sandwich was much better than expected. The store and bathroomwasn't very clean though. I would have given 4 stars if they didn't forget two items I paid for.
