While the food is good, I am consistently overcharged, and the employees do not care when I kindly ask for clarification. They are often out of basic ingredients as well, and I always am missing somethingwhen I leave.

I love the fries here and the chicken tenders with the buffalo ranch sauce was really good. The spicy chicken sandwich was much better than expected. The store and bathroomwasn't very clean though. I would have given 4 stars if they didn't forget two items I paid for.

Two... read more I 'm surprised this location is still in business. Absolutely worst customer service and horrible food (see pics). Came in at 6:30PM on a Wednesday evening. Two customers waiting inside, no one in line. It took almost ten minutes to place my order. Nogreeting or any kind of customer service from Shafeek. It took 35 minutes to get my simple order of fries and two tacos. Whilewaiting I noticed that one of the kitchen workers touched the food (salad, chicken) without gloves. Additionally, Shafeek gotboth orders of the two parties ahead of me wrong. The woman already drove off and had to return because she only got half of herorder and the other couple waiting also got their order wrong. When I asked Shafeek why there is an almost 40 minute wait hewas rude and said he already announced that they were short staffed. Lie, he only mentioned that the chicken will take longer.Also if you are short staffed why is the guy in the kitchen diddling with his phone for ten minutes instead of preppingfood? Do not go there. They do not care about customer service or the quality of their food. I emailed KFC/TB but of courseonly got the standard BS response We appreciate your feedback and take this very seriously . OK then start with replacing thisjoke of a crew.

Uniquely terrible ifyou 're trying to eat, but utterly amazing if you 've come to see a play about disgruntled folks who wander about, press randombuttons and mumble apologies to bewildered 'customers. ' Bravo!
