I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts in the past using the drive-through and have never had a bad experience like other reviewers. This time, I went inside to purchase some gift cards. I was greeted promptly and asked to wait. Within two minutes, a staff member came to assist me with my order for 10 gift cards, working patiently. Overall, it was a pleasant place to visit and enjoy some coffee or Dunkin' Donuts treats!
Horrible people , so rude an incompetent. I have never met worse customer service or drinks ever. Ordered a medium coffee and my cup was only halfway filled up. This is the worst establishment ever. They even argued on the phone, telling me the shut up and listen when I called to voice my concerns. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
