However, my experience with Sandwich #15 le... read more As a first-time visitor, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, which is why I awarded the restaurant 3 stars. However, my experience with Sandwich #15 left much to be desired. The tuna salad was bland, and the cucumber and tomato were so thinly sliced that they fell off the bread with the slightest touch. The bread itself didn't stand out in any way. The cheese was the only element that had a bit of flavor, but it wasn't enough to make the sandwich enjoyable. Overall, I didn't think it was worth the $8+ price; I wouldn't even spend $2 on it. I’d rate the sandwich one star.

Online it says they close at 8 PM, but... read more There are no posted hours on the door that we could find. Every time we go, the staff gives us a different closing time. Online it says they close at 8 PM, but today an employee told us they close at 5 PM. They really need to update their hours so people won't waste their time driving there only to find it closed.

The most frustrating part is their complete lack of apology for the poor service. I recommend avoiding this location!

Despite the name, the sandwich had very little meat and barely any lettuce or tomato, especially considering I paid over $20 plus a tip. From now on, I’ll be sticking with Jersey Mike’s down the street. If I hadn’t been so tired, I would have returned it. This small sandwich left me really frustrated. The Murrysville location has definitely lost my business.
