Contribute FeedbackIn an unfortunate series of events, patrons of a local restaurant have expressed widespread dissatisfaction with its customer service. Complaints focus on long wait times for deliveries, missing items, and unresponsive staff. Many customers faced issues with their orders taking up to an hour and a half to arrive, often accompanied by cold food and inadequate communication. Attempts to resolve issues were met with unsatisfactory responses, such as “mate” from staff, and a refusal to issue refunds. Despite enticing online deals, the overall experience left many vowing never to order from this establishment again, highlighting a significant gap in customer care.
Charging a delivery fee felt like a rip-off. The food was marked as "out for delivery" at 7:15 pm, but didn't arrive until 7:48 pm, even though we live less than a 5 minute drive away. The food was warm, not hot, when it finally arrived. The driver didn't apologize, and the Customer Service response was disappointing. We expected a wait because the restaurant was busy, but the whole situation was a complete mess.
I ordered around 5:00 PM and the website indicated a delivery time of 5:30-5:40 PM, but then it was delayed to 6:10 PM. The order finally arrived at 6:50 PM. Both pizzas had very little toppings and the sides were not much better. The only good thing was the cold bottle of Fanta. We were staying at a hotel for the night and were looking forward to a delicious pizza. Next time, I will make sure to read reviews before ordering.
As the title suggests, the customer service at this restaurant was terrible. They refused to give me a refund and insisted that I should have contacted them by phone, even though no one answered when I tried calling.
First order that came was completely wrong and the driver ran away faster than usain bolt in the Olympic final when we told him. After calling back and getting the right order and hour later...what we found was almost indelible. If you want a grease infested sloppy mess that will slip out your arse faster than you can you can say pizza hut then crack on...but you will lose the workings of your insides. Dominos for me.
Baring in mind this order was free following a compliant. Even then, the wrong delivery arrived, called them back and they sent they would send the correct order, and it arrive incorrect again!! It was so greasy. Save yourself and just don’t eat at sidewell Pizza Hut.
