The staff took great care of me during my visit. I believe the well-being of the staff is more important than profit. When the staff is treated well, profit will naturally follow. If they can do their job without fear of bias or unrest, they will be loyal and dedicated to your business. Support them, and they will, in turn, support you. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Kfc:
Prompt and polite service. We visited around 6pm. There was a young lady cleaning the tables and the place looked clean. However the toilets need to be cleaned more regularly. Maybe the next job would have been the toilets. Food was fresh and tasted good and not too oily. We ordered pepsi max but one drink was cherry flavoured which i dislike. I visited KFC tonight and ordered two chicken burger box meals. It was a complete disappointment. The burgers were served in small boxes and were freezing cold with brown lettuce. The large chips I ordered were tossed upside down in a bag, causing the cardboard containers to be empty and all the chips had fallen out. The staff seemed indifferent and careless. It was a terrible experience and you either need to replace your staff with better ones or consider shutting down the restaurant. It's unacceptable to receive such poor service after spending hard-earned money.

We arrived at 7pm and chose this restaurant because it offered indoor seating on a cool evening. Unfortunately, we were not informed before ordering that eating in was not an option, and there were no signs indicating this. The computerized ordering system should not have given us the option to eat in if it was not available. Despite being too tired and hungry to cancel our order and find another place to eat inside, we were very disappointed. The staff were also quite rude and unsympathetic about the situation. Additionally, the portion of food we received was much smaller than what was shown in the picture.

The service at this restaurant is awful. They are often out of stock of basic items like ketchup, and it seems like cleaning only happens once a day as there were boxes scattered everywhere. I had to clean my own table before sitting down to eat.

Was really looking forward to a kfc meal as not much chance living in cornwall .what can i say ist appearance very dirty i ordered what i thought was a 3 piece chicken meal with extra chips was given a receipt with order no on waited for it to come om screen but suddenly get shouted at for not picking up order even though it still had not appeared as ready on screen then find. i do not have extra chips then opened up chicken only 2 pieces went back to complain only to be told it was my fault i should have asked for 3 (which i thought i did) asked for an extra piece but wanted £1.90 although there was only 50p difference in the price asked if they could do a refund and start again but was told no so by then i just asked for a full refund from the manager after jokingly saying i had come from cornwall for this meal was told i should have got one closer to home. all i can say is i will never set foot inside that place again but in the mean time please train your staff in customer relations

Where to start. Only one of the two touch screen order boards working. No vegan burger option on touch screen. Only one person serving behind the counter. No hot drinks available. Tiny chicken piece for one of the 3 original pieces I ordered. Overall a terrible experience and will not be returning.
