If you are in Exeter and you want some well crafted, well presented and fantastically tasting vegetarian food, Herbies is the place for you. Words don't really do justice to what was a great evening of food. If there was one problem it was that everything looks and sounds great and we didn't know what to order. When we chose we weren't dissapointed. We arrived without a reservation and a table was found for us without a problem. The service was great and we were looked after the correct amount. The food was amazing and we will definitely be visiting again soon to try more of the menu. Thank you Herbies please open more restaurants!!

The meals here are not presented in the attractive way that some restaurants go out of their way to do, but that does not at all mean that the food is not

After years of meaning to check Herbies out, my husband and I made it for lunch over the half term. As far as service and atmosphere, this place is wonderful. We felt well taken care of without being hovered over and the restaurant itself is very cozy and in an easy to get to location. If you are a vegan or vegetarian, this is a good option. The food was good overall but we found aspects of the meal more on the bland side, especially the hummus. The focaccia was delicious and the star of the meal.
