I decided to call giraffe because deliveroo customer service is so müll and I spoke with paul (I think I'm sorry müll with names), which went out. his kind, deliveroo for me to call and arrange a driver to get the missing product while informed me about it. I just wanted to say that this was an amazing service because he didn't really have to. also the breakfast was super delicious! many thanks!

Neither fresh nor properly cooked. The mocktails were out of a bottle and not made fresh. Very poor value. Expensive.

My only concern was the automatic 10% service fee they added to the bill. I always tip, but I prefer to do it on my own.
