Description
The restaurant received mixed reviews from customers, with some expressing disappointment in their experience while others had a great time. One customer was unhappy with the lack of professionalism from the staff during a family meal reservation for a birthday celebration, while another criticized the simplicity of the food presentation and taste. However, other customers enjoyed their meals, praising the delicious food, quick service, and helpful staff. Families with children were welcomed, and the cozy ambiance with colorful decorations added to the overall dining experience. Some highlights included the chicken and pesto risotto, eggs Benedict, and unique gray tea. Despite some negative feedback, the restaurant seemed to have a loyal customer base who enjoyed revisiting whenever they were in the area.

This was a terrible experience! I had booked a table at this restaurant as a birthday treat for my husband, planning to have a lovely family meal with our sons. When we arrived, the staff were having a meeting and had no record of our reservation through the OpenTable system. This was extremely disappointing and I will never recommend this restaurant again.
During our first visit to Great Britain two years ago, we had breakfast at a Carluccio's and the experience was so memorable that when we returned in September, I insisted on going back. Although we tried another restaurant this time, the experience was just as fantastic. Carluccio's truly serves the best eggs Benedict I have ever tasted. I can no longer enjoy eggs Benedict in Canada because it just doesn't compare. Their beans are also delicious! The Earl Grey tea they offer is unique and unlike any others I have tried - I wish they sold it because I have not been able to find anything similar in stores. The servers are friendly and it's great to browse their selection of gifts and snacks after our meal. I recently tried their cocoa meringue and it was absolutely delightful. A meal at Carluccio's has become a staple of every trip to Britain for us.
It was pouring rain when we stumbled upon the next Italian restaurant (we have a picky 7-year-old eater). Despite its somewhat upscale atmosphere, the restaurant was still accommodating to families with young children. In addition to the friendly service, the food was exceptionally tasty.
Relaxing and friendly vegan and exotic food for something else and healthy to chill a quiet corner
Had an amazing light, but lunch at Carluccios in Princess Hay today: The food was delicious, cheap to come quickly, the staff could not have been helpful! (I changed my mind last minute, but the nice man I regret so that I forgot your name sorted everything immediately! I would definitely recommend that someone be visited again to try more!
