Visited with friends for a drink and decided to have a meal. the meals were ok, but the being fish and chips came with excruciating as balls. when the personal was called and told that the inherited were illegitimate, he apologized. And tried not to provide a solution, I then repeated that they were illegitimate and his answer was good what they wanted me to do it in confrontative wise. I pushed the shield away and was buried quite by his answer and attitude, so I said absolutely nothing' he then replied ok' and went away! He then went to another employee and they went to the kitchen area. then I went and took the manager and drew him attention and he said he was one of his best employees. he took my meal away and it was replaced, but I did not eat everything when I left alone to eat, as all the others had finished their meal. they have not charged us for the meal, but we will not eat there again! since the renovation they try to be on the market, but fail! a totally disappointing experience and overall bad value for money!
On Friday evening we visited with round work colleagues the fruits of the burger and bar hut in the back garden, which is a beautiful sunset on summer evening. I ordered a veggie i. burger and was recommended it would take about minutes, so decided to wait at the bow. what was beaten was most disappointing, very bad practice and probably against food hygiene rules. as I waited, some burger beans were roasted on the corner of the grid plate, where meat products were cooked. the chef put fresh burger on the lattice bed, then, without sign of washing his hands, prepared the next burger bakes in a box where he began to dress them with salat, relish, etc. all prep was made on a single green chopper board, the utensils used were used for all elements of all burgers and there were no signs for separating raw and boiled meat products, nor the plant products. the veggieburger was then placed on the same grid as the meatburgers to cook! Of course, I raised the thing, the cook was quite rude and threw the veggieburger into the container, suggesting that I could get another burger out of the main kitchen. I have pointed out that there were other vegetarians in our party who would be most annoyed to know that they had eaten essentially meat products. city gate, if they are for vegetarian options to treat meat products for an ever greater part of the consumers, please the courtesy to treat them and their choices with respect. basic separation of the products should be a particular one and it would also be a good idea to follow basic food hygiene procedures and to use gloves, hand-washed and separate preparation areas to keep their raw and cooking products from cross-contamination. we booked here later in the year another meal for many colleagues, and I will withdraw from it, unless there are signs of a significant improvement. city gate, you should be ashamed. Open your mind.
