I ordered from this location last night and came away impressed! I ordered online, and although it was a few minutes late, the staff were friendly, apologetic, and accommodating. When I got home I discovered they gave me 5 wings for free as well! I did notice the gravy tasted a bit off, but it’s been a while since I’ve ordered from KFC so maybe the recipe has changed. Called ahead to order because they constantly run out of chicken, told them we lived 15 away. Got there to find they 'd given our order away after 10 minutes because and I quote we were worried it was getting cold then forced to wait in line for 20 minutes to get our food..no apology, nothing. I visited the restaurant at 9pm yesterday, December 9th, to purchase some late-night food. The staff member was extremely friendly and the chicken was freshly prepared.
I visited the drive thru last Sunday.. It was a nice experience.. I was dealt by a boy.. He said his name jibin.. He was so nice and polite
Gonna give it a 4 star. This restaurant was a great experience for me, despite the many negative reviews. Now it was all clean inside way cleaner than other kfcs I seen and I usually avoid kfc a lot of the time and this time was close to perfect. The temperature of the sandwich was very good, very filling too which you don’t see much in fast food. Fries however weren’t cold but weren’t warm enough and were just a little bit un fresh but I still enjoyed them, you have to understand most of the time you visit any restaurant fast food or not, it won’t be perfect. Easily a 4 star restaurant just minor minor flaws but still recommend coming here 100
