Tried to order a free 6 piece bucket on us offer online to our sandwich combo and Friday special but they would not assist us with the order. We left and went next door to McDonald 's and had a great tasty crispy chicken!! Lost a customer for ever!

Most of the... read more They are supposed to be open until 9 PM, but at 7:30 PM we were informed that the dining room was already closed, and the open sign was turned off. Most of the food items we wanted were sold out! We asked for a moment to discuss our options, but the staff member was very unhelpful and unwelcoming. When we inquired if they were closing, she confirmed that they were. It felt like they didn’t want our business at all, and we definitely didn’t feel welcomed.
