I’m incredibly impressed by the friendly and efficient service at Dunkin'. After a long, tough day, I rushed in without high hopes, but they exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for making my tea exactly how I like it—the thoughtful details were a delightful surprise! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly organized. I would give 12 stars to the two outstanding staff members who served me this evening.
Dunkin' consistently ranks as the slowest location I've ever experienced. It's unbelievable how every visit is the same. The manager should take some time to train at the Bedford RT 101/114 Dunkin', where they move quickly during the morning rush. The menu is great, but the service speed here really needs improvement.
I visited the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru on Wednesday, and I want to give a shout-out to the employee taking orders. He was super enthusiastic and really brightened my otherwise tough day. Plus, he got my coffee order perfect! Thank you!
This is the best Dunkin' in the area. The service here is always fast, friendly, and accurate. While there are closer locations, I prefer to make the extra ten-minute drive to this one because the staff is committed and consistently gets my order right!
