After a long, tough day, I rushed in without high hopes, but they exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for making my tea exactly how I like it—the thoughtful details were a delightful surprise! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly organized. I would give 12 stars to the two outstanding staff members who served me this evening.

The manager should take some time to train at the Bedford RT 101/114 Dunkin', where they move quickly during the morning rush. The menu is great, but the service speed here really needs improvement.
