I cannot say enough about the kind and efficient service I received here. I came here in a hurry, after a stressful day, not expecting to be heard... but they not only met me halfway but 200%. Thank you so much also for making my tea perfectly, andgoodness, the extras????. The shop was also immaculate, well kept, and organized. 12 stars to the two lovely people who waitedon me tonight. Consistently the slowest Dunkin?s. I?ve never seen anything like it. Every single time. Manager needs to go train at the Bedford RT 101/114 dunks, they crank in the morning. View all feedback.
When they started out with their tomato pasta sandwiches they were very good. However, those sandwiches have gone downhill.
Typical Dunkin. Not the best donuts, coffee is ok. Haven't been impressed for years.

Is it convenient? Yes. Is the food terrible? Yes. Gross. Dry. Not fresh? ever.
