They were quick and the coffee was perfect just the way I asked.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is great. I love the soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Just thinking about it makes me want to go there now. Amazing!

District manager is rude with an attitude when you ask a question. Rec cold dried up grease snack n bacon and she says that?s how it comes and that?s Dunkin? standard other manager says if other places are different then they are doin it wrong. I said okso every other one is wrong except this one she said yup and got rude. Very unprofessional coming from management wouldn?t evengive a one star

I cannot get a consistent cup of coffee from DD. It's not this particular address alone. The coffee is burnt tasting like it has been on the heating pad for hours or seems to be poured mid-brew, or it's tepid. Very seldom will my nearly $3.00 buy a cup ofcoffee that is enjoyable. So I do not visit unless I have no other choice. I now go to market basket to buy DD dark roastcoffee (which isn't offered at franchise locations now, dumb) and make my own. It seems that this brand is working very hard torid itself of serving coffee. It worked for me.

I drive a large truck and this location regularly shuts down the counter inside the gas station. There is a sign blocking the counter that says use the app or the drive through. I will not download the app and I will not take a 40 foot long truck throughthe drive through. Not very good customer service.
