The coffee is burnt tasting like it has been on the heating pad for hou... read more I cannot get a consistent cup of coffee from DD. It's not this particular address alone. The coffee is burnt tasting like it has been on the heating pad for hours or seems to be poured mid-brew, or it's tepid. Very seldom will my nearly $3.00 buy a cup of coffee that is enjoyable. So I do not visit unless I have no other choice. I now go to market basket to buy DD dark roast coffee (which isn't offered at franchise locations now, dumb) and make my own. It seems that this brand is working very hard to rid itself of serving coffee. It worked for me.

There is a sign blocking the counter that says use the app or the drive through. I will not download the app and I will not take a 40 foot long truck through the drive through. Not very good customer service.

The team on duty was outst... read more I have had two disappointing experiences at this restaurant in the past, but this morning at 10:00 a.m., my experience was wonderful. The team on duty was outstanding in their customer service. I keep returning to this place because I love Dunkin' Donuts; it’s my go-to coffee when I run out of milk at home. The staff, particularly the tall gentleman at the window and the young lady who helped me today (twice, since I spilled my first latte), really went above and beyond. They provided me with paper towels and turned my day around. These two employees are truly exceptional and are the kind of workers that any business would be fortunate to have.
