Taco Bell - Excelsior Springs

Last time going there. Always screw up food. Manager takes no accountability and staff is a bunch of methods heads.

I have never gotten as sick as I got yesterday after eating here. I came through the drive through to get some dinner about 5pm on 3-1-24 and by 10pm I was throwing up and could not get off the toilet. I was in pain for nearly 24 hours and still can't eat anything other than a banana and some bread. The service was terrible but that's what I come to expect from this town. I will not only never eat here again but the very though of ever eating taco bell again makes me sick. I have not been able to sleep or move without horrible cramps and nausea. Something should be done about this place.

Went through the drive thru and the lady at the intercom was pleasant enough and seems stressed when we got up to the window. She needs better coworkers or something. The food was oddly prepared as if it was already made and the 5 layer burrito was scarce.

Taco Bell has great food. but this location is terrible in service and the food. we quit going to the Taco Bell in Kearney.

If I could give a negative review I would. The woman at the window cussed me out over not getting my order correct. Food is terrible and inedible. Will never go back again. I hope this place goes under and the owner of the restaurant sees this. That behavior is unacceptable and this restaurant is trash!
