We had an outstanding lunch today. We shared 4 plates. The mushroom dish was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. Very personable waiter. An outstanding experience.

What an absolute gem! Incredible farm-to-table reconstruction of traditional Alentejan dishes. Locally foraged mushrooms, oak bark infused mayo, perfectly cooked pike perch were some of the highlights, but everything was delicious. The server gave us full details about each dish's ingredients and was able to answer our questions about how some things were prepared. Kind, friendly service, changed our plates to not mix flavors when necessary, and paced everything well so we could have enough space to fully enjoy. The chef came out for a bit at the end and shared some stories about the winemaker of the bottle we selected. One of the best meals in Evora!
