Here in Évisa, the owners have put a bar-cafeteria and a regional product store. The front of the house overlooks the main street of the village, the back is a magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the village of Évisa and the valley that surrounds it. Our surprise was enormous to see that one of the bar workers was Spanish, specifically Santander, a young and very attentive boy in love with the girlfriend of the coffee shop owners..., his fiancée. ;
