During the months we were going through Corsica, we often saw the La Poste brand. It is the old post buildings that, over the years have fallen into disuse, but have been very well preserved by its inhabitants. In some places they have been converted into fondas, in others, in restaurants, hostels, hotels or any other kind of trade. Here in Évisa, the owners have put a bar-cafeteria and a regional product store. The front of the house overlooks the main street of the village, the back is a magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the village of Évisa and the valley that surrounds it. Our surprise was enormous to see that one of the bar workers was Spanish, specifically Santander, a young and very attentive boy in love with the girlfriend of the coffee shop owners..., his fiancée. ;
