Definitely the best place to eat real local dishes in Evisa instead of fake for tourists. Wonderful selection of dishes and...big flavors. Many ingredients come from the area, and from the garden of owners children. The English the owner is not too good, but there are problems with the communication that the cook always helps. Good view from the terrace, but there early for a table (starts the serving of evening meal at 6.30)

The menu includes traditional Corsican dishes, and is well presented, and extremely...delicious. Good service adds to the experience.
