Applebee's Grill In P - eville

The service was great. It was no wait time. The food was great. However, I was sitting next to the wall of windows it seemed like there was no AC on at this alpplebees. It made me not want to stay for a dresset. But I would go again, and hopefully, the AC or heat will be working.

Nothing special to write about. My salmon was cold. The service staff was nice though. Not too busy for Labor day. Only saw 2 employees the entire time but there was not a long wait time

Trust the low reviews! I ordered the riblets plate and bourbon chicken and they were both horrible. The shrimp and chicken was like rubber and did NOT have a bourban like flavor. I would call to complain, but doubt that would get me anywhere. Just avoid this place please! Edit: The GM reached out and offered to make right by sending a voucher. Although very nice, I still have yet to receive the voucher.

I came to the restaurant a whole hour early before They close already had the front door locked. A few customers told me that the door was locked. Me and my friend waited there for a while talking before they unlock the doors again. Then when we walked in, The server seen us we waited for about 10 minutes before they even spoke to us, then told us they were only doing carry out orders outside the restaurant hours say 11 to 11 not after a certain time, it’s only carry out orders this happened on August 14, 2024 at 22:00-22:26 very unprofessional staff I usually try to be reasonable, but I showed up a whole hour early before closing The server tried to tell us some BS lie about restaurants closing at 10

Good food. Good service despite this evening being short-staffed. Thank you all!
