Despite some loyal patrons drawn by the quality and reliability of specific employees, issues like reduced portion sizes and discontinued combo deals have led to diminishing visits. The coffee, donuts, and croissant sandwiches are still delicious, but I've noticed that their sizes have noticeably shrunk over the years. They've also discontinued the combo deals, which has impacted the overall value. Because of these changes, I don't go to Dunkin' as often as I used to, but when I do, I favor this particular location.
I ordered a black iced coffee, but they gave me a black coffee with foam on top instead. It wasn’t a big issue, so I politely asked them to correct it. I saw the barista go to the back, mix the foam into the drink, and then bring it back. Unfortunately, the foam contained sugar, which I can’t have.
I placed a mobile order and arrived a few minutes later, only to find the Dunkin’ location closed. It was frustrating and a waste of my time on the way to work. If you plan to close early, please consider disabling mobile orders to avoid customers from placing orders when the store isn’t open.
On my way home from work tonight, I stopped by this Dunkin' just before closing and placed a mobile order. Before I could even notify them of my arrival, Ashley greeted me and told me my order was ready. She was excellent throughout the entire interaction and truly paid attention to my request—something I rarely experience at other Dunkin’ locations. I usually order black coffee, but many Dunkins nearby often add too much cream because they don’t follow my instructions closely. That’s why I willingly drive about 15 minutes out of my way to this Dunkin’: staff like Ashley always get my order right. Finding a dependable Dunkin' nearby can be tough, but this spot never disappoints.
The staff over the intercom were quite rude, showing frustration and telling us to move forward before we had even placed our order. When we reached the window, the employees were joking about how long customers are willing to wait. Despite only having two cars ahead of us on a late morning, it took an unreasonably long time to get just two drinks and a bag of hash browns. To top it off, they completely forgot the hash browns. It's surprising they find humor in such poor service.
