I wanted breakfast tacos that I had ordered a few weeks prior, which... read more The real issue arose during my last visit, which ultimately led me to vow never to return. I wanted breakfast tacos that I had ordered a few weeks prior, which had cost me around $14 for three chicken, egg, and potato tacos and three steak, egg, and potato tacos with cheese. However, this time, when I placed the same order, the same lady informed me that I couldn't get chicken. I was puzzled and asked why, as I had just ordered the same thing a few weeks back. She glanced over at the cook, an older gentleman I had never seen before, who confirmed that chicken was no longer an option. I inquired why that was the case, pointing out that the menu stated "ANY MEAT." He replied that the policy had changed and that chicken now cost more. I said that was fine and asked how much extra it would be. He told me it would be an additional dollar. Though not thrilled, I agreed to pay since that was what I wanted; I’m not much of a beef eater. I ended up paying nearly $18 for my order. As he was bagging my food, I asked for the cashier's name, but she just walked away and sat down. I then asked the cook for both names, and he questioned me a few times about why I needed them. I explained that I wanted to talk to the manager regarding the situation, and he claimed to be the manager. While finishing my order, he asked how much I had paid the last time I was there, and when I said $14, he offered to refund me and give me my food back. I thanked him and requested their names again. He provided me with two names and gave me back $3, but when I pointed out that the receipt had a different name, he became increasingly angry, yelling that it was his daughter and asking why I wanted the names. I explained that I intended to discuss the issue with someone. After receiving my food, I left and have not returned since that day. I used to crave their food every day, but after that incident, I completely lost my appetite for it.

The Everman breakfast burrito is truly the best!
