Revival Brews - Evergreen
Revival Brews
Description
Downtown's rustic taproom mixes a lively, dog‑friendly patio, rotating beer taps and occasional live music with uneven execution. Homemade chips with blue‑cheese fondue, a stellar chicken sandwich and Mexican street corn share billing with cold fries, overcooked items and a cumbersome kiosk ordering model. Service is friendly at times but inconsistent, pours can be warm, and prices trend high. Still, shaded outdoor seating, a broad beer/liquor rotation and casual, social vibe make it a popular hangout for locals and dog owners willing to tolerate occasional hiccups.

Very pricy food although the portion size was decent. Burgers came out well done even though we ordered them differently. Food overall was not good! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Sweet Potato Fries
I ordered chips and fondue- I got over cooked potato chips and dip- NOT FONDUE BY ANY MEANS. Over priced and not worth the trip. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
We made a quick stop at Revival for some drinks and a snack. The atmosphere was pleasant and it has a small town pub feel. We had the Bleu Cheese fondue (which was more of a bleu cheese dip) and it was really good, as were the house made potato chips. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4
Great location right on the way into Evergreen. Excellent patio, lots of beer choices. Service was quick and friendly. My wife loved her BLT, my burger was ok. Good place to stop coming up or down the canyon. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: blt
