Staff are chiefly friendly and the spot is popular with students and remote workers, though some guests report inconsistent coffee, occasional slow or confusing service, and instances of feeling unwelcome. Be aware parking is paid and strictly enforced, which has deterred some return visits.

Like wild west. Nice coffee ,nice food ,amazing atmosphere!!!
We stopped in Evergreen for a snack and found this great little coffee shop. The place is literally built into the mountainside and has a little cubby in the back that is almost like a cave as well as two drink bars for coffee, Kraft, sodas and more. They also had some baked goods but we didn't try them. The coffee was great and very reasonable in cost. The people were friendly and even the restrooms were spotless. A wonderful little place to grab some coffee or a quick snack in downtown Evergreen!
We go out of our way to visit the Muddy Buck when we're in CO. It is a very special place for our family.
I 've been here twice. I definitely recommend. Would have put 5 star if it wasn 't for my last visit experience cause there was this guy came up to us and was telling us they 're close and was asking me if I have cash and if I 'm able to pay cash it was 7mins to closing... my husband and I thought it was bizarre... Left us all confused..and that 's what probably made the barista gave me a hot coffee instead of an ice coffee...
