This restaurant used to be outstanding, but it seems like they've had a complete turnover recently. The quality has really declined over the last couple of months. Don't rely on the app; there's no option for dining in, takeout, or curbside service—it's exclusively a drive-thru. You can place your order through the app, but they won’t fulfill it, and you'll find yourself stuck waiting in the parking lot until you decide to leave. I've noticed that the average wait time for the drive-thru is around 30 minutes, and the fries are consistently only half-full, which is always disappointing.

Came here Saturday morning at 6:45 a.m., the store hours said should be open and the lights are all on. However when I went to the drive-thru no one's answering. I even called the store three times, and no ones answering. The manager needs to update the hours on Google and put a sign with the exact opening hours on the door to let everyone know what time they open.

I have been to this store several times and each experience has been unsatisfactory; today 's experience takes the cake. I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, including the more than 5 minutes it took to be acknowleged at the order speaker. The drive through line was not that long and there was no observable reason that it took the staff that long to get through the line. Once I was finally acknowledged at the order speaker, the staff person was rude and unapologetic for the extremely long wait. The staff was also very rude at the pick up window. All of this AND my food was cold and inedible. I am generally a very patient, benefit of the doubt type of person and it really takes a lot for me to submit a complaint, but my experience today was unacceptable. I understand most places are short staffed and we 're in trying times right now, but polite customer service should still be standard.

The food was seriously undercooked, and the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. They had to confirm our order with us five times, and each time, they got it wrong. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Terrible experience! The service is abysmal and they don't keep to their posted hours. They don't answer the phone and even turned off the lights while I was waiting in the drive-thru. To make matters worse, they claim to be out of grilled chicken, yet I ordered it the next day when they had no deliveries and it was available. The management is poorly run! Save your money and don't go here!!!
