Was User at Wendy's a mag?
Always very busy, but they are pretty good when it comes to curbing food. I was here several times and had very few problems when it comes to the accuracy and quality of their foods. It's a fast food restaurant like any other. Always consistent, but the staff is also very friendly and always good to share a laugh. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Wendy's:
They kept us waiting to order for 20 minutes. Though they did apologize for the delay. The chili was excellent but my chicken burger and double cheese burger was super bland. My double cheese burger was saturated with ketchup. Gross. Chicken nuggets were good as usual and I love dipping their fries in a frosty. View all feedback.

Eating is always hot, but recently the drive-dru line is unacceptable long. It took 45 minutes to order and get my food yesterday when I was drawn into the line on the street.

The Baconator meal was just what my stomach had eaten and I ate all of it. Could have gotten a smaller soda, but the big frite was a generous part of her delicious skin on frits and there was so much bacon on the burger I almost did not finish. You always have good seasonal options so that the menu always changes what I think rocks. Get Wendy's.

The food was seriously undercooked, and the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. They had to confirm our order with us five times, and each time, they got it wrong. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Terrible experience! The service is abysmal and they don't keep to their posted hours. They don't answer the phone and even turned off the lights while I was waiting in the drive-thru. To make matters worse, they claim to be out of grilled chicken, yet I ordered it the next day when they had no deliveries and it was available. The management is poorly run! Save your money and don't go here!!!
