Their... read more I typically don't frequent sushi restaurants, but at this place, I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of options beyond the standard avocado roll. Their house-made sauces are delicious, and their tempura vegetable roll even includes sweet potato, a rarity on the West Coast. The service was excellent, and the food was beautifully presented. The potato croquettes had a katsu-like quality, perfect for vegetarians who enjoy katsu but struggle to find it in a meat-free version.

The homemade sauces are fantastic, and the vegetable tempura roll even includes sweet potato! This place is a rare find on the west coast. The service was excellent, and the food presentation was stunning. The potato croquettes were reminiscent of katsu, perfect for those who enjoy katsu but struggle to find a vegetarian version!

I was here for training and loved coming here for sushi and chicken katsu. Great staff and great food. I'm gonna miss this place when my training is over and I head back to California (home).
