The staff member who was closing on the night of 2/23/2024 was extremely unfriendly and aggressive. Despite my request for no mayo, he proceeded to slather a ton of mayo on my sandwich. To make matters worse, he refused to hand me my sandwich and made me reach over the counter to grab it. While I understand that working at a fast food restaurant can be tough, this experience felt unnecessarily hostile.

It's clear... read more I give this restaurant 1 star only because zero stars isn't an option. The service is terrible, the sandwiches are extremely small and unsatisfying. It's clear that the owner of this Subway is struggling financially and cannot afford to properly make a sandwich. Online orders are also disappointing. Perhaps we should consider starting a GoFundMe page to help improve the quality of the food. In comparison, the Subway on 19th Avenue is much better, worth the extra two minutes drive for a more satisfying experience.

I ordered a salad and was pretty shocked when I picked up my order. The bowl was less than half full, and when you removed the few toppings, the lettuce wasn't even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl (see photo). For a $10 salad, I would like to see fresh lettuce filled in the bowl, please. Then add on the few meager toppings.

My fiancé accidentally ordered from this location and before we even picked up the order I was telling her that we should never order from this location and of course they are still horrible hence the overall 1 star. Who would really want to pay for this?The second picture is the same order from the other subway up the street. Big difference.
