I appreciate her effort, even though she wrapped my pita like a burrito instead of a proper wrap. It was evident she wasn't trained on how to do it correctly, but her determination was evident, and I really appreciated that. However, you need to improve your staffing; she definitely needed more support. On a positive note, the wrap itself was tasty!

There's a wide variety of options to choose from, including chips and soft drinks. Their roasted sandwiches are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and offers great service. Plus, it’s conveniently located next to Target with plenty of parking available. Highly recommended!

During her shift, she was left witho... read more I give this restaurant 4 stars because, although the employee was new, she handled a tricky situation as best as she could. During her shift, she was left without ice and only 25% of the veggies, but she still managed to fold my wrap like a pita. It was obvious she was still learning the ropes, but I really appreciated her effort. However, the management needs to provide better support for their staff. Overall, the wrap was good too!

Destiny was much more attentive and patient with my son, and she handled my decision to skip my second sandwich with understanding. She was polite and friendly throughout the process, even while my son continued with his order. Overall, it was clear that Emily could benefit from some customer service training. Thank you, Destiny, for providing us with such excellent service!

She approached us and asked how many sa... read more I went to the restaurant around 6 PM and noticed it was empty, except for one employee, Alex, who was mopping the floor. She approached us and asked how many sandwiches we wanted. We said three, and then she inquired about the bread options. I specified my choice of bread and cheese, and when she asked about the meat, I informed her of that as well. However, her demeanor was quite rude and abrupt, both with me and my friend. It was clear that she lacked customer service skills, or at least didn't apply them; as someone with experience in the field, I know that the staff represents the company! Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that there were no coupons available.
