4 stars, because even if the employee was a new tenant, she treated the situation as well as she could when she was left out of camp on a shift from herself without ice and 3/4 of the Veggies. With recognition she folded my pack like a pita. It was clear that she didn't know how to do it right. But she was doing her best, and I really appreciate it. But Yawll must be better with the staff. She needed better support. Wrap was good too.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
Emily was rude. She asked how many sanddies when I said two, she asked what kind for both in an rude tone. I said idk still and she repeated the question of how I had to know what kind of bread now. When I told her I'm not even sure what kind of sandwich I want her to roll her eyes and seemed irritated when my son told her what he wanted. Have not been to Subway in a couple years. Sandwich was poorly put together. My bill was $30 and they refused to take a $50 bill for payment. I say they should quit the business if they dont want to take cash. Ever heard of a safe? I think its ridiculous!
No coupons. Slow and delicate making the sandwich, but the ingredients were put in weird places that fell out both ends had no condiments. Finally, whoever baked the italian herb and cheese bread used wheat bread. How do you do that
You don't accept coupons. The person who made our sandwich was apparently not happy or not the best day! Some of the blows were in the fridge, they didn't look happy when I asked about them! Don't come back!
We came to lunch and we had 6 people, I know this is a lot of sandwiches to make, but the galle that helped us and made our food was very rude and very impatient. Her name was July and she was very disastrous, she didn't drag our sandwiches as we asked, she was rude when someone asked about something more Veggies, and we could say that she was very upset. If you work in a place like subway, you should be prepared for several people in one order. And to complete it, our sandwiches were not very good. If you go into this situation and see Juli work, I'd just turn around and go somewhere else.
I will never go to this subway again. Walked in and instantly Alex was annoyed. She was already mopping at 6pm so we made sure to walk around what was wet. I was there with my friend who was paying separately but she was annoyed that we weren 't ordering together. As she was taking my friends order she was very short and loud. BREAD MEAT VEGGIES with a very very rude tone. I of course got the same treatment. If you want to feel hated and unwelcomed make sure you stop by Everett Mall Way Subway.
