Management was unh... read more The service was terrible; our food was accidentally served to another table. My Whiskey River BBQ burger didn't even come with any BBQ sauce. Management was unhelpful, and I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. To top it off, the burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

The dressing was very limited and didn'... read more We ordered a southwest chicken salad, but it arrived without the jalapeño coins, black beans, tortilla strips, and lime. The dressing was very limited and didn't come on the side as promised. We also got a teriyaki chicken sandwich that had bacon but was missing the Swiss cheese. To top it off, the delivery was half an hour late, so the food was cold.

The food was decent, but the servic... read more I went out for dinner tonight and had a mixed experience. We waited about 25 minutes for our meal, which wasn’t a big issue. The food was decent, but the service was quite poor. We didn’t receive the endless fries, and we also weren't given any silverware. When I asked the waitress for a knife to cut our burgers, she told me, “We might be out of clean knives, but I’ll go check.” This was at 8 PM, which I found to be quite surprising for a restaurant. The place was only about a quarter full, and while the chefs were working hard, the rest of the staff seemed to be lacking. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but it seems to have declined.
