The service was quick and friendly. The bacon avocado melt was delicious, and I appreciated having fruit as a side option.
I encountered a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the staff's unwillingness to serve me. I arrived at 8:40 PM, with the establishment closing at 9 PM, yet they refused to prepare a smoothie for me. It seemed that they had already put away their blenders early, which made it clear that, despite their posted hours, their service depends on what you request. It feels like customer service is not a priority for them. To make matters worse, I had only ordered a smoothie, which seemed to be too much for them to accommodate.
The staff is usually great, but I had a negative experience when I informed the manager that the bathroom was out of toilet paper. She snapped at me for some reason.
I ordered a sandwich that had a clump of avocado and bits of bacon piled up in a soggy scoop in the middle, and the crust was way too hard to eat. I also got a chocolate chip bagel, which was not only hard but excessively stale and nearly impossible to eat!
Alright I'm going here like every friday and theres this one guy at the counter that really gives good energy, greets you at the door with a smile and makes the ordering process phenomenal (I don't use that word often) he makes it feel like you're ordering from an actual person and not from a machine, (which there are) but you could get on a conversation that could last for hours with that dude. He's really energetic and the person i look forward to when going there bro hes great ?Vegetarian options: There's quite a few vegetarian optionsParking: Very gibKid-friendliness: There's a kids menu and no alcohol
