I arrived at 8:40 PM, with the establishment closing at 9 PM, yet they refused to prepare a smoothie for me. It seemed that they had already put away their blenders early, which made it clear that, despite their posted hours, their service depends on what you request. It feels like customer service is not a priority for them. To make matters worse, I had only ordered a smoothie, which seemed to be too much for them to accommodate.
