I ordered a sandwich that had a clump of avocado and bits of bacon piled up in a soggy scoop in the middle, and the crust was way too hard to eat. I also got a chocolate chip bagel, which was not only hard but excessively stale and nearly impossible to eat!

Alright I'm going here like every friday and theres this one guy at the counter that really gives good energy, greets you at the door with a smile and makes the ordering process phenomenal (I don't use that word often) he makes it feel like you're ordering from an actual person and not from a machine, (which there are) but you could get on a conversation that could last for hours with that dude. He's really energetic and the person i look forward to when going there bro hes great ?Vegetarian options: There's quite a few vegetarian optionsParking: Very gibKid-friendliness: There's a kids menu and no alcohol

If you 've loved Panera for years, this review is for you. This is a half review for this location and then the other an overall commentary on how this chain is going downhill. A You Pick 2 for $18?! I remember the days where it was under $10. Yes, inflation is at work including marketing branding this option as You pick 2 entrees instead of 1/2 of any option. The quality of the salads has gone downhill. My asian sesame was mostly lettuce and in a bigger bowl which appears as a full salad. As far as this location: most tables were dirty. Then, the cashier didn 't explain to us that we had to listen for our order to be called out at the other end of the restaurant (they used to bring your order to the table . Or that after purchasing our drinks we were free to grab our cups for the soda fountain (which were in an awkward location next to another pay station . When we asked her for the drinks, she told us that she assumed we had been there before, and that 's why she didn 't let us know. The funny thing is, we 've been to Panera for over 20+ years, we 've known how things used to work. Do things in life change? Yes, and that 's ok. So if you 've been here before: they no longer bring your food to your table, or the cashier no longer hands you the drink cups. What 's dissapointing is how sad this place felt. Overpriced, dirty, and an disengaged cashier who couldn 't say make sure to listen for your order at the other end of the restaurant after we paid.Overall, this is my rant for a place that used to feel unique and full of heart, to just another meh food chain.

This is a charming little spot. It reminds me of Taco Time, where it's fast food but the prices seem a bit high for what they pay their workers. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the drive-thru has an exit, which I appreciate for conveniently cutting through the parking lot.
