But unfortunately the last time I went on September 8th I believe, my batista had a mask and wore it under her chin. Not covering her face. She served three people before me, two were in their 60's. The batista never once wore her mask properly She was around 5'5 in height, thick, long black hair. I was there in the afternoon. I hope management talks to this employee and gives her a reality check. Practically the whole mall was following the rules. Except for her. I had to leave a review.

She's extremely slow, in absolutely no hurry...... Zero customer service skills. Most of the time, she doesn't wear a mask and never wears gloves.

It was 6:35 and the lady at the counter said she's only selling red bull because she's closing. I'm sorry but I thought that if a place is open until a certain time that it's open and you can order whatever that's on the menu. If that's a rule there should be a sign that indicates that if it's 20 mins before closing time that you can only order a certain item. We were going to order multiple bubble teas which isn't cheap so you lost a sale. Very disappointed.

I was desperate for coffee and went here to grab something quick while on my break... As I'm waiting, I look up and see the guy pour out coffee grounds into the metal filter and right before he put it into the machine, he pauses and then wipes off the excess with his JUST-TOUCHED-HIS-PHONE FINGER. His FINGER?! Disgusting. Absolutely unacceptable and you could get sued if I had some autoimmune disease and I hadn't caught that... I immediately told him to make another one and watched him VERY closely to make sure he did it correctly. Coffee was not great but not as bad as others.
