Top notch street tacos! I usually judge a taqueria by the quality of their lengua tacos and this place passes with flying colors! Super soft, moist and flavorful lengua. Smoky, spicy sweet Al Pastor tacos. Salsa that hits right and crispy pickled veggies. This is going to be my spot for Taco fixing!I suggest eating in (outside on the bench) while they are fresh and hot!The melon drink is pretty bad though. Best Torta I've ever had, amazing tacos. About to try the burrito and I assume it will be incredible. Fresh food, good price. Plus you get peppers and pickled goodies on the side with everything.
Food was pretty yummy. The dining room is a little loud and echoey. There were several Korean diners there when we visited in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. I felt we had found a special go to place. Their blended drinks were good and the large was just $4 and came with boba included. I had the Thai tea one and it was just right in sweetness. The bulgogi roll was yummy and we also ordered the pork cutlet and acorn noodles. All of which were very yummy and warm!
I've been getting to go orders from this convenient food stand for a few months now and have enjoyed all of the food I've ordered. Tonight I decided to have street tacos I've had them before so anticipation was high and they didn't disappoint. I went with two each of the lengua, cabeza, tripa, and campechano with a side of rice and beens. First off their portions are very generous the rice and beans are a meal on their own. Now I can't tell you exactly what each individual taco was just by looks but by taking a bite I could probably give a good guess based on the texture and consistency of the meats all are awesome tacos. You'll enjoy the condiments that are included, I like how they let you make your tacos how you want. Don't be afraid to try the tongue, check, stomach, and the sausage like I did tonight all were delicious with slightly different textures and subtle flavors. I see that there are two locations so things seem to be looking up maybe we are seeing the start of the next regional chain of restaurants, I hope so!
Love how convenient this place is as a drive thru. I ordered the carnitas burrito and it was piping hot and the same size as my forearm (In your case, its a good thing, I have a fat forearm), and that's how you know everything is made to order. The flavor was authentic, flavorful and it had a good meat to bean/rice ratio. 10/10 would come back to try everything else.
Best burrito in Everett!!!! Highly recommend the al pastor!?
