In a recent visit to a local smoothie restaurant, patrons experienced a mix of highs and lows. While some commended the hardworking staff for their effort during peak times and praised the delicious food options, such as the Impossible sandwich and the White Gummi drink, others expressed frustration over service issues and pricing. Complaints included poor smoothie flavor, inconsistent reward redemption, and early closure of cash orders. Despite these drawbacks, many appreciated the dedication of employees, acknowledging their hard work in managing customer demands. Overall, this restaurant showcases potential with its offerings and staff, but has room for improvement in operational efficiency and value.

Was Kate at Jamba a mag?
All three people working today (10/11) at 2pm worked really hard when the place was busy and gave me great service. A special shout out the the guy who took my order with the longer dark brown hair and earrings. These people deserve a raise!! View all feedback.
What Wagz7 dislikes about Jamba:
The smoothies were awful and lacked flavor, the service was slow even though we were the only customers inside, and they only filled the cups about 60% full for some reason. Paying $20 for two small smoothies was ridiculous. View all feedback.
The acai primo bowl has quickly become my go-to breakfast choice. It is perfectly blended, sweet, and topped with crunchy granola, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes that have changed my opinion on them. The bowl is crisp, mildly sweet, and drizzled with honey, making it a delicious and satisfying meal.
Horrible açai acai primo. I received it watery like it was made days ago and been sitting there for a while. They need to make fresh ones every time.
I was surprised by the petite size of the bowl considering the price. The Emerald City bowl is much larger and more flavorful in comparison. However, this bowl still did the job in a pinch.
