I placed an order at 10:05 and waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches while the staff chatted and spent time in the back. When the employee finally brought out my food, it was burned. I’ve reached my limit. I just walked out; I didn’t have the patience to deal with it anymore.

When I received the replacement, it was still the same! The iced coffee was a disaster! I didn't even have a chance to call and complain.
