The employees have no idea what they are doing!!! I WAITED LIKE 20 MINUTES FOR ONE DRINK, WHEN I ORDERED TWOOOOOO!!! They also got my order wrong. I asked for a chocolate donut and they gave me a chocolate croissant…. How do you mess up THAT badly?????????????#NeverAgain

Thi... read more I've consistently had issues with my coffee order at this place. It appears unkempt and dirty, and the customer service varies greatly depending on the day. This was my go-to Dunkin’ for 15 years, but I stopped going a year ago due to the poor service. The management really needs to improve things.
