The Subs seem to be a little expensive but the quality is very good. No credit/debit cards accepted...strictly cash. The owner is only person behind the counter. All business..very clean shop. View all feedback.
This place is the best for almost any type of sub you want. Everything is very fresh. He makes his own bread, his own pizza and the best soup. And he gives you a piece of this great bread with s p on going with your soup. Pretty sure he does other things. He doesn't make soup in the summer, so I hope he can do it now. I'll try to get some this week.
The Italian sub is on a different level. The cold cuts are amazing, never had anything comparable in Everett. Only space for a cold cut.

I must say that Cold Cut Factory is fantastic. Everything is made to order, and their soups—be it chicken noodle, chicken escarole, or simply escarole—are incredible. The portion sizes are generous, whether you choose small or large. Their homemade bread is also delightful for dipping in the soup. I've heard that some people find him to be unfriendly, but I’ve never had a negative experience with him. In fact, he was wonderful to my son and mentioned that it's rare for him to see children these days.
This place is undoubtedly one of the best cold cut sandwich shops on the East Coast. I’m serious—it's that good! They load their sandwiches and subs with twice the amount of high-quality meat compared to the average sub shop. Once you try it, you’ll keep coming back as a regular. The soups, subs, cold cuts, and pizza/calzones all receive an A+ for quality, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, a top-notch experience!
