I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and I even found wet mess on the floor. The food was disorganized and incredibly unappetizing—almost to the point where it felt wrong to eat! The smell was awful, and my kids couldn't stand it. It reeked of cigarettes mixed with something unpleasant. I give it 1 star and definitely won’t be returning. It was such a disappointment; lunch elsewhere is far superior!
This is not a bad Chuck E. Cheese. It clean. Lots of games. The food is good. The birthday party we attended her was nice. It's just that I had my daughters party at the Natick one and that one is way bigger and they have a separate little area with all younger kid rides and games so it seemed less crowded and they have a full stage at the Natick one. But I liked that this one they were actually loud. The Natick one the music and everything was so quiet when they sang happy birthday and in general it made it kind of have a boring vibe as far as the bday party. Again, this is not a bad one at all. Clean. Nice. It's just a little smaller and crowded.
The experience here wasn't good at all. I hesitated to give it a 2 star the only reason why this place isn't getting a 1 star from me is because I at least got to take pictures with my nephews. It was crowded, no machines were open, and the Chuck E Cheese mascot was dead and tired he looked like he didn't even wanna be there. All around just a terrible experience, I suggest you guys start limiting the amount of people that could come into the building.
Had my baby's 2nd birthday party this past Saturday. it was fun, the kids enjoyed their selves, and the food was surprisingly good. I gave them 4 stars for 2 reasons 1) my party planner was MIA most of the time and the other party planners tried to helpout as best as they could 2) I was not allowed to add a tip on my cc when paying and was advise to send the tip via cashapp....yeah I'm not sending anyone I don't know money via cash app due to fraud. overall my child, family and friends had agreat time.
The staff assigned to our party were friendly and extremely helpful throughout our visit. The food was decent, and the kids really enjoyed it. We attended a birthday party, and Chuck E. Cheese himself came out to sing happy birthday and interact with the children, which was a nice touch. The games area reminded me a bit of a smaller Dave & Buster’s. I also appreciated the invisible stamp system they use on everyone’s hands; it’s a great security measure. When leaving, if a child’s number doesn’t match the adult’s, they won’t let the child leave with that adult. My mom and son had different numbers stamped, so they were very strict about it, which made me feel safer knowing they prioritize child safety. The only downside is that the place can get crowded quickly, and it’s not very spacious, which was a little annoying.
