This is burger king that at one point didn?t/couldn?t sell burgers for months.. recently I purchased a order on the app and wasn?t given what I ordered. (Missing my cheese stickers, BK HQ was prompt on reaching out)Overall, just go across the freeway for quality BK, this place needs to do better given it?s prime location.

The kid said he was not... read more Well, I ordered a veggie burger what I call a impossible burger and then asked to be charged for adding bacon but to put it on the side. The kid said he was not allowed to do that....!? So, I order a bacon cheeseburger, as I only wanted bacon and mydaughter wanted the impossible burger. When we went to get the food, they had put bacon in a container for me (only reason theygot 3 stars). When we got home, my daughter 's impossible burger was just veggies no pattie, so either that kid had no idea whathe was doing or they have a veggie burger that has no pattie which I have never heard of. Called and no answer and VM was full.Don 't think I 'll be going back.

Although the staff was nice and the food was fresh and fries were hot.

Recieved possibly the worst service I have ever had in a drive thru. First the boy in the speaker was talking to others in the room over the mic, and told me to wait. So I waited several minutes, and he finally got back to me. Then proceeded to get myorder wrong, and not give me the receipt. Upon entering the second window the manager and another worker looked like chickenswith the head cut off, and they asked what exactly I ordered. Upon making the correction that my order was wrong these two stillmessed my order up, giving me the wrong sandwhich.I would never recommend going there to whatever crew was working 8PM. Thisestablishment was not even busy and they could not handle the pressure of the job.

SHREDS..2 pickles...ONE small tomato slice, and the most miserable drip of ketchup i've ever seen on the edge.. Its like they thought well there's ketchup ON it somewhere, good enough This looks like they dipped the top bun in the lettucecontainer. Seriously, guys, is your boss threatening to fire you if you dont rip off customers on the vegetables?
