I visited the restaurant around 7 PM and was the second car in line, with only one person in the lobby. After waiting several minutes at the drive-thru kiosk after the other car left, I placed my order and drove around. The first car was still waiting there. After several more minutes, they finally received their small bag. I then pulled up and had to wait quite a while for my order, even though there was still just one person in the lobby. Eventually, I received my order but had to wait an additional 3 or 4 minutes to get someone’s attention because they forgot to give me any horsey sauce. The staff appeared annoyed when I asked for it. Altogether, it took 15 minutes from when I pulled up to when I drove away, which seems excessive. I filled out their survey but haven't heard back. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of this place, and it's too bad there's no other Arby's nearby.
As for accessibility, there's an easy-to-navigate ramp that is well-maintained, with no rough edges or slippery areas. The covered entrance keeps everything dry, making it convenient for all customers.
I attempted to place an order from this restaurant for the first time in about a decade using their mobile app, lured in by a 50% discount. Having just recovered from the flu, I thought it would be a good idea. However, they substituted several items without any notification, delivering something very different than what I had originally ordered. When I reached out to customer support, they promised a free meal but never followed through on their offer. The person I spoke to was the assistant manager, and the lack of follow-up was disappointing to say the least. I wish I could say this was an exaggerated account, but unfortunately, it's not.
I recently had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. An elderly woman was working alongside a group of high school students, and she made some unkind remarks about my disabled clients because she seemed to struggle with the menu. I was tempted to confront her, as I felt her behavior was unacceptable, especially for someone working at Arby's. However, I chose to let it go, realizing that she might have been seeking validation from the younger staff members. It's disheartening to think that if she's working there at her age, she may be facing challenges in finding employment elsewhere in Everett.
