The employees are friendly n accomodating on any issues n the gentlemen that works at the drive thru at night is always friendly end upbeat. The onlyreason i didn give it a 5 star is they made a slight mistake w my order but it was resolved

Walked up to the door to dine in surrounded by giant signs saying dining room now open but the door was locked during business hours. Called the store and nobod... read more Walked up to the door to dine in surrounded by giant signs saying dining room now open but the door was locked during business hours. Called the store and nobody picked up phone rang until it beeped and gave up. Finally allowed to enter by an employeeonly to be told by the lying red-headed manager that she could not help anybody in her lobby today because it was only her andone other person. There were three people in view from customer side of the counter and no notice on the door. Every restaurantin town is understaffed however manages to either serve their customers or put a sign up.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, even when the line stretches onto the street or certain menu items are unavailable. I've had a few mix-ups with my order before, but they always handle the situation promptly, delivering outstanding customer service!
