Truly the most original and most flavorful and tastiest middle eastern maneesh in all of Washington. By far the most genuine food and genuine staff. They are super friendly and as always the most awesome middle eastern hospitality you can get! Trust me you won't regret trying them! View all feedback.
I can't think of enough superlatives to describe Alida's Bakery. When I visited for the first time yesterday, I bought about 12 different things and last night I sampled them all. Everything was beyond delicious. I had never had manakish before, and now it is one of my favorite foods. The cheese, tomato, and za'atar manakish were all superb. I tried three kinds of cookies...all exquisite...and the baklava was the best I've ever tasted. The hummus was also very good. All the food was very fresh, superbly seasoned, and served with a smile.Today I shared my bounty with a friend who has lived in the Middle East, and she declared the treats to be tasty reminders of home. She plans to drive from south Seattle to Everett to buy more. It's that good.
The bread always fresh and tasty I love it so delicious Iraq Samoon and pita bread it comes with white and wheat everything tasty like our country taste ?? I get klecha too with date it’s very popular Iraqi cookies you should try it and I got cake also so good the shop is everting that I need thank you so much for tasty food .
This place has delicious breads! I don't think I've ever bought bread from them that wasn't at least a little warm. The baklava is also very good! The staff is always friendly and their prices are fair. You should try them if you are in the area!

I cannot stress how amazing this little bakery is! You can tell how much love they have for the community and how much the community loves them back. The customer service was so inviting and friendly. I was offered a sample of their baklava and it was delicious! The bread is amazingly fresh and so fluffy. Coming from the Metro Detroit area, I’ve never seen anything like this in the Seattle area! The beef manakish hit the spot and was spiced well. I’m happy I was able to finally stop by and try this out, definitely will make an effort to stop by again when I need more pita and to try their other sweets!
