The dishes are always beautifully presented, fresh, and very satisfying. The entire team is delightful and extremely helpful throughout the process, from placing the order to delivery. They asked thoughtful questions about the occasion and provided suggestions that fit everyone's tastes and my budget. The food has consistently arrived within the time frame I requested, which makes things much easier for me since I don’t have to worry. We've often wasted food in the past, but every time this team delivers, nothing goes uneaten.

She seemed irritated when I took more than five seconds to decide what to order and even tried to serve a newcomer ahead of me. To make matters worse, she messed up my order and then got upset when she had to pass me off to another employee. The food was just average at best, but I believe the staff at the counter should remain composed. If they can't handle the pressures of customer interaction, they might be better suited for kitchen duties instead. Service: Dine-in.

However, I was informed that burger orders were temporarily unavailable due to the kitchen being too busy. The staff suggested that I return in 15-20 minutes. Initially, I felt confused by this response and expressed my disappointment, deciding to leave. As I was walking out, a person who appeared to be the owner crossed my path and inquired what did I want to order. In frustration, I responded that it didn't matter since the kitchen seemed incapable of handling orders. Having been a loyal customer of Sette in the past, this experience has left me disheartened, and I currently have no intentions of ordering anything from there again.
