The is apparently a traditional German style restaurant, I’m not German, so I wouldn’t truly know. But it seems legit, the Food seemed authentic. If you like German food, I’m sure you’ll love it. Service at the bar was ok. The beer selection is FANTASTIC, one of the top 10 lists I’ve seen… in the country. Pictures included! View all feedback. I visited the Gerst Haus for the first time this past Monday. Enjoyed the atmosphere full of hardwoods and nostalgia. The wiener schnitzel, glazed carrots and German fried potatoes were served promptly and piping hot. The mild rye bread was also delish. What I may have enjoyed most was my fish bowl of Paulaner bier.
