2nd Language - Evansville

I wanted to try this place on one of my quarterly trips to evansville and I'm glad I finally made it. it was always super busy and so happy, they had reservations on open table. eating was really great! the decor is interesting and the old building is a cool environment for the restaurant. we went 2 days after Christmas, so I offer something gnady, but the service was not very good. I guess they were short. it took about 20 minutes or more so that they could take our order one time and get out of our food. I will say our server was really great with water reps coming. would definitely go back to try more on the menu.

Consistently, hands-down, one of the best restaurants in Evansville. Food is always spot on and amazing. Staff is very friendly, helpful and genuinely seems to enjoy taking care of customers. We are never disappointed here and it’s our second favorite restaurant in Evansville next to Pangea Kitchen. Every time I bring first timers, they always comment about how good it is, and that they will return.

The food is always delicious and the service is impeccable. Highly recommend the Pork Belly Buns, Chashu Pork Ramen, and the Honey Toast! Their steak and tuna is wonderful as well. If you have any dietary restrictions or want their staff’s recommendations, they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The Tan Tan Ramen was delicious. I ordered the cheesecake and it was dry, crumbly, and a little disappointing. Service was excellent. Love the decor and the ambiance.
