I had a similar combo at another wing spot in Uptown Chicago, and it was much better. They need to learn how to prepare their food from that place! The sauce was decent, but the sandwich itself wasn't great, although the fries were fresh.

I just called to place a pickup order and was put on hold right away, which I totally understand since it can get busy. However, after a while, a representative answered the call and then hung up on me. When they're tied up, they should just let me know to hold instead. I ended up deciding to order from somewhere else. Very disappointing service.
