Pasta Luna - Evanston

The Chicken Parmesan for two is an excellent value. The pasta has a nice kick to its flavor! However, everything could benefit from a bit more sauce. The bread was somewhat tough. On the bright side, the salad is enormous and very tasty. The dessert was enjoyable as well. The service was spot on! Overall, I am very satisfied.

I ordered the "build your own pasta" online, and everything was fine until I discovered onions in my dish. The descriptions didn’t mention onions at all, and since I have a slight allergy to them, this was really disappointing. Please make sure to include all ingredients in your descriptions.

We have ordered from Pasta Luna multiple times, and the food has consistently been delicious. It’s the best casual Italian restaurant in the area, and trust me, we’ve tried them all. We also appreciate their prompt order preparation and the generous portions they provide—we usually end up with enough for two dinners each!

I was so confused looking for this place because it is in another restaurant. There needs to be a sign stating that both restaurants are combined inside. I got the grilled chicken pesto pasta, as it was one of the featured favorites, and I can't comprehend why it would be. I did not enjoy it at all, it didn't even taste like pesto and my boyfriend, who eats everything, couldn't even eat it. His salmon pasta was good, though. The brussel sprouts and bacon were delicious and the drinks are good, especially for the price. I will give it another shot, but don't get the pesto.

Another fantastic Italian eatery. Not only was my spaghetti plate delicious, they have a build-your-own menu.I ate at the booth. So chatted up with the bartender. While he and I are on opposite ends on politics, he is extremely friendly and really cares about serving his customers with high care and quality.
